The first thing that comes to mind is to check the dimmer switch. On the town and country, if "rolled" to the full - up - position, all lights come on inside the car. If rolled to the foll-down position, all dashboard lighting goes off. Try rolling it up.
If this doesn't work, then take a look at the fuses for the dash- located to the right of the battery (when looking from the front). Hope this helps.
How to replace intrument panel lights on 2002 cadillac escalade
For a 2002 Nissan Sentra, the fuse for the instrument panel is typically located in the interior fuse box. You should look for a fuse labeled "IP" or "Instrument Panel," which is usually a 10-amp fuse. It's always a good idea to consult the owner's manual for the exact location and specifications, as configurations can vary. If the instrument panel is not functioning, checking this fuse is a good first step.

The instrument panel lights are controlled by the same fuse as the tail lights which is a 15 amp fuse located in the panel in the engine compartment adjacent to the battery. The fuse is only labeled for the tail lights.
