Your suspension is probably shot. Check your shock absorbers.

If you have 4 wheel drive, take off the center hub cap and look to see if there is a metal cap over the center wheel spindle. Mine was loose and would jingle every time I hit a bump. I just tried to crimp it a little tighter with a pair of pliers. Noise is gone...

There's probably a flat spot in the tire somewhere. A worn wheel bearing is another possibility, as is damage to the rim.
