Since both windows on the front of the caravan do not work it is a common power issue. Check the window fuse and relays first, to see where the power loss is.

What causes a 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix not to start There is not even a click when ignition key is turned radio and lights do come on and it has a brand new battery Previous a loss of power occurred?

I have a 2002 Grand Prix and mine does this sometimes and I have to wiggle my battery cables and it will start right up but it could also be caused by a bad ignition or fly wheel I had a 93 Grand Prix that did the same thing. Problem was caused by a tumbler in the ignition switch being out of alignment; that would not allow the starter to receive power.
