Check the rims for any mud or debris which can throw the wheels off balance especially on the vehicle side. If this is not the case, Check the tires for proper balance at a tire shop. If it has a bad shake during idle, check the engine/fuel mix for spark plug fire issues including plugs, wires or foreign debris in the fuel/injectors.
don't think so,either the sub is blown,or the factory amp that runs it is bad.
