Assuming you have replaced the water pump and you still have a coolant leak up front, I would suspect the lower intake manifold gaskets are the source of the leak. This is not uncommon, the replacement gaskets are of different design to prevent that from happening again.

The water pump on a Chevy Blazer 4.3l is on the front of the engine. The Fan and fan shroud will have to be removed to gain access.
You could have the start of a head gasket that is leaking. I suggest that you have a shop to add leak detector to the cooling system and check it with a black light.
Check the heater core your water could be antifreeze leaking from it. Either broken connection where hoses connect or bad core itself located inside dash.
if you have a leaking water pump gasket i thing bay a new one is better
Possible leaking hoses or water pump
could be freeze plug, or intake leaking
same thing happened to me. it is the antifreeze return line. rubber hose. access the oil filter spot and connects radiator to water pump i think.
