theres a switch under dash its kinda hard to change but if you want heat fast open glove box and behind it is a vacuum line usually clear unplug that and put a screw in vacuum line to plug it you should have heat but cant control it it will run at the highest setting but to control heat just shut off when desired at control panel unplugg and plug back in summer for air cond to work
