i have the same issue with my 96 acheiva water seems to periodically show up in driver side floor at first it seems like only does it when it rain but actually the acheiva has a catch pan around the heater core that after you shut car off. water slowly leaks from heater core into catch pan to driver side floor. next time water show up check coolant level to see if it drop any. acheiva can run very low on water before light comes on and it not effect the heat.

Answer. It is located in the engine compartment under intake air manifold, higher of the oil filter and more to driver side. I myself, 8/29/09 I dont know where the starter is, but i DO know that you HAVE to get it from the dealer as it is a very special part and you can not use a generic starter for it, regardless of what the Parts stores say. It has one prong thingie vs all other's which have two prong thingies. Been there, done that, pain in my butt.
