Check the wire connections behind your driver seat. Passengers may have kicked or loosened them. I had the same issue - driver seat and mirror would not move. Other websites reference Ford TSB 05-18-14 which recommends replacing the seat motor, etc. To do this repair you need to remove your seat and unplug the electrical connections, etc. So I checked the electrical connections first and everything works! I'm sure the dealer would be happy to replace the motor and reconnect your wires so check your wires connections first.
