well you may have a bad spark plug, bad starter, or your cylinders just aren't combusting correctly. to get a great diagnosis of the problem you should probably take it to a mechanic.
Try having an assistant spray starting fluid into the air cleaner opening while you try to start the van. If it runs with the fluid, but stops when you stop giving it fluid, check your fuse links right next to the power brake booster. The fuel pump runs off of a white 22 ga fuse link.
