Why won't the driverside back tire come off in order to change it I have taken the lugs off this is a 2004 dodge durango?

use a BFH and a 2x4 to beet the inside of rim pushing it off of axel spinning wheel so it pushes evenly it is usually just a lil rust that holds rim to axel Be sure to support the truck with jack stands, and leave the lugs slightly on before starting to hamer.
