My computer's all turn on with out a problem! I assume that your computer doesn't? If it is a desktop PC, have you checked that the fuse in the mains cable plug has not blown? Is the mains cable properly pushed in to the tower? Have you tried using another power cable, in case there is a break in the wires? Are you sure the tower has been switched on?
