Why would a 01 Chevy Tahoe front ac work while driving but start to heat up when at idle but the rear ac blows out hot air no matter what the settings are on?

Freon level is low. May have a small leak. Will need to be charged to correct capacity. By the way, if someone pirated some 134 freon and serviced your system without the proper equipment they may have overserviced it which will cause the exact same affect as under serviced.
