it sounds like you may have a short somewhere in your lighting wiring. its grounding out and stalling the motor.
Rotors are out of round, need to have them turned.
Have the front rotors turned on a lathe at a dealership. check brakes and rotors
In the back should be tail lights which always come on when the headlights or parking lights are on, and stoplights which come on whenever the brakes are pressed. The stoplights should be brighter than the tail lights, but they should be separate.
air still in lines. rebleed
They are either the wrong bulbs or one of the filaments is burned out. The bulbs should have two filaments. One is illuminated when the lights are on. The other is brighter when the brakes are used.
The headlights on a car typically need to be turned on a half hour to an hour before dusk. Additionally some states have laws that headlights should be turned on during inclement weather, such as rain or storms.
The first thing I would check or do would be to remove the rotors and check their condition. If they have enough surface left, have them turned to get them true again. If they can't be turned, then replace them with new (which should also be turned or at least checked .The most common cause of pulsating brakes, I have found, are warped rotors. This is usually caused from overheating.
30 minutes before sunset
Low beam headlights must be turned on when driving in low visibility conditions, such as at night, in fog, rain, or snow, or when approaching other vehicles.
you have bad contact in ground cable of the brake lights You might also like to check that there has not been a bulb replacement lately that uses a single contact in a double contact socket. This would have the effect of shorting the brake and tail light inputs and thus turn on ALL lights when brakes are applied or the parking lights turned on.
The brake lights should not come one until you step on the brakes. The tail lights should come on when the headlights are on. If they're weak, maybe there's dirt in/on the lenses or maybe the bulb is old and clouded. Change the bulbs and see if that improves things.
yes it is, there should be a button specifically for the headlights to the left of the steering wheel
