Why would all the electric locks lock and unlock repeatedly whenever you unlock the door of a 1996 Saturn SL1?
I have a Saturn of the same year, probably the battery for the lock is going on the blink. You can get it replaced .. not inexpensive but I think that might be the problem. I let mine go and didn't replace it and just use the key now. Knock on wood, its been about three years and it still works. Including the electric windows too. Those older Saturn makes are well made.
