most ikly the high low switch is bad you will need to remove the steering wheel and inspect for damage to the switch even if no damage is apparent doesnt mean that's not the problem. buy the switch cluster and plug it into the harness abnd if the solves the problem install.******************* you must replace the whole cluster ......lights wippers turnsignals.....**************** if cluster uis not the problem see service shop.....
