Honestly I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 that came stock with 16 inch tires, I have now put 20 inch rims and tires on my Dodge that came off of the 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with no problems as far as mounting them. The only issue is if you turn too tightly it will rub slightly on the frame but just make sure not to turn too tightly!
