This is one of the most popular mods that regular C6 owners do. Wide rear wheels is a great look but you will need to get the wide body kit in order for the Z06 wheels to fit on a regular C6. There are a couple companies on Smokinvette.com that make different wide body kits for the C6 corvette that will allow you to use the Z06 wheels.
The Z06 wheels are not only very wide, have a staggered width, front to rear, but also have a ton of negative offset. But, I do not think you will run into a problem.
I don't think that the offset will work. As a matter of fact I believe that there was a thread discussing different fitment issues for the Corvette in the C4 section at Smokinvette.com. Good luck!
yes..its the exact same thing but different internals and such
Yes, however, the trans, and computer will have to come with it....
I can only assume that Z0, means Z06. There was not a Z06, in 97. And the brake calipers are the same for the two years.
The corvette style wheels will fit on any elcamino if they are older style rally wheels.
Yes, they are a direct fit. TOM
It will fit, but you have to remove the rear ducts for the brakes, this won't do no harm to your car. Ducts are there to help cool the brakes, but no problem at all for everyday driving . Also it will sticks out about an inch or so. A c5 z06 with fender flares and 19x12 rest wheels look very beasty
yes
no. A 95 only has two wheels on the front. Sixteen will never fit.
yes you need spacers on the wheels ecklers sell then
I don't think that the width will fit, but for good measures you can ask this over at Smokinvette.com and get a better answer. Good luck!
