There are plenty of websites that have the information you need to determine this. One site is rimhelp.com. You need to compare bolt pattern, hub diameter and backspace. The bolt pattern and hub diameter will tell you if it will physically fit. If the hub diameter is smaller it won't fit and if it is bigger you probably need a spacer. The wheelsize and the tire size you choose should match or at least be close to the OEM size so it doesn't mess up your speedometer.
