it not a question of if the tires will fit the truck, it is if the tires will fit the rim on the 04. check if the rims are the same size
No,
No. the offset and caliper clearences are different.
no buy from street customs Yes, The 2002-2006 Dodge Ram 17" rims will fit the 1995-01 Dodge Ram but there's two obstecles to overcome... The lug nuts on the 2002-2006 Ram are 9/16" and the lug nuts on the 1994-01 are 1/2". Use aftermarket 1/2" bulge lug nuts atleast 1.45 inches long. The 2002-06 factory center caps will not fit the front hubs on the 1994-01 Ram. You can use the 1994-01 factory center caps, these will fit perfectly on the 17" 2002-06 rims and extrude far enough to cover the 1994-01 front hubs. The 2002-06 factory recommended 265/70/17 tires will effect your speedometer. When you're driving 60mph on your 1994-01 factory recommended 225/65/16 tires/rims, your speedometer will show 56 mph on the 265/70/17 tires/rims. Remember, 17" wheels will rotate slower than the 16" wheels. You can use 245/65/17 tires to over come this difference but the tires look undersized when mounted on the truck. The 265/70/17 tires/rims will not rub on a 2wd/4wd Dodge Ram, even when turning.

the 94-01 dodge ram pick-ups have 6x9 speakers in the doors and 5 1/2 in the back
it's doubtful but you can give it a shot The lug nut pattern is the same 5x5.5 from 1994-2011 but the 2011 rims will not clear the front hubs on the 1994-01 2wd dodge ram. Plus it will effect the speedometer.
Yes
yes
No, they will not interchange.
01 - 05 Stratus's fit 20's as long as you go with the 225/35/ZR20 Tires. Personally I went with 245. I got a little rub but they are a bit safer.
