There are a few factor that will determine.
Te easiest way to figure out would be to call a dealership. They should be able to tell you. One thing that will probably be an issue is the cmpatability of the ECM (Engine Computer). What engine does the 2000 have? More than likely it will work. As far as fit it should but that hardware issues are going to be the biggest problem.

There is no adjustment required, but you can clean it with a carb cleaner.
It should be on the front of the intake manifold directly above and behind the water pump.

The fuel lines around the filter; you will need an adapter.
Use an exhaust made for an LT1 engine the blocks are identical it is the insides that is different. Will bolt right on.
