If it is not on the fuse panel then it is on the back of the dash near the steering column.
There is not dash "pad". It is a one piece instrument panel.
I am not sure about the 2000 model Camaro's but I would suggest you check the flasher under the dash normally when its operating you will hear a clicking sound coming from it. On most models you can find this flasher under the dash on or near the fuse panel. , EzForJesus
in the fuse box located on the driverside on the side of the dash pull the panel off theres a digram on the back for which fuse it is
under the dash
They mount to the back of the dash cluster. The bulbs are exposed when the panel is removed.
That is the dash.
Very simple, take out the 21 scews on the bottom of the dash pading and the panel will lift off.
look on the bottom of the dash panel on the drivers side.
remove the panel from the bottom of the dash on the passenger side and look up into what would be inside of the dash and its right above you.
