yes the 572 will fit in to the 70 though 88 Monte Carlo and Monte Carlo ss. in the 70 - 74 model yrs that came with a big block it is a bolt in swap, any car that came with a small block you will need to change all things related, motor mounts, exhaust, front belts, steering pump and what ever opt. that car has (clutch) in the newer models you will need heavier spring and some big block swap headers, but i have seen manifolds work. but most of all be awear that you will need to beef other things up, to handle the 572 awesome power i.e. trans, rear end, rear sus..... i could go on and on but i need to work on my own Monte ss for now, if you need more info let me know!
i dont think so not without alot of customising but i would like to know if you pull it off
you can run a 454 big block or a 572 big block as it will fit easily into the engine bay but you will have to use a carburetor and distribuetor to do it and just by-pass the computer.
Monte Carlo is not a country.

I've never heard of a 388 big block, but I'll say that in general, it's usually pretty easy to install a big block in place of a small block. Requires a bigger cooling system, and different exhaust, but very do-able. Headers are available for this swap.
572 cu.in. big block.
The cost of a 572 big block engine can vary significantly based on factors such as the manufacturer, specific build options, and additional components. On average, a new crate 572 big block engine can range from $10,000 to $15,000. Custom builds or high-performance versions may exceed this range. Always check with specific retailers or manufacturers for the most accurate pricing.
