Yes if it is the B-O-P bolt pattern turbo350.
Buick Olds th400 or th425 (front drive) or dual pattern case th350
The Chevy 283 engine has the standard bellhousing configuration and is compatible with transmissions that bolt to first generation small blocks. The automatic TH350 transmission will fit the 283 engine.
NO....
There is someone with a Olds 455 in his Fiero, but he had to remove the trunk.
Yes, a 1969 455 Buick engine can fit into a 1985 Buick Regal, as both vehicles share a similar body platform. However, some modifications may be necessary, including adjustments to the engine mounts, transmission compatibility, and possibly the exhaust system. Additionally, the 455 engine is larger and heavier, so it's important to ensure that the suspension and brakes can handle the increased power and weight.
Yes, it is possible to drop a 455 engine into an 1988 Oldsmobile Toronado Trofeo, but it may require modifications to fit properly. A compatible transmission option would be the TH400 or a 200-4R transmission, which can handle the power of the 455 engine.
No. they are different head designs.
with enough welding, fabrication, and beating, anything will fit anywhere. i fit an olds 455 rocket into an s10 blazer. anything is possible if you have the time, ability, and patience.
a 455 you need to buy a engine mount kit from national parts depot or just make it easy and weld them in place. I put in a 455 into a 1970 lemans, the car never came with a 455 but i had no problems mounting it in. Attach the motors mounts to the frame mounts put in the engine check and make sure it is level attach it to the trans then weld away yoy will love the 455 its a beast.
The 455 will fit. The transmission might have a shorter tailshaft, though.
yes if you have the Oldsmobile motor mounts. If you are asking if engine parts will interchange....Absolutely not.
