If you're talking about a stock compression short block that came with 58cc heads, the old 64cc double hump heads would lower the compression ratio and make less hp.
350 hp double hump head are high compression ,if you are building it ,then you will have to make sure that squish/quench area is around .040 ,if not ,you will have detonation. Also header will be a requirement to get this HP
Yes, but it will drop the compression a little (64cc vs. 58cc chambers), and the bigger valves will make more top end at the expense of some low end torque. Also, if they really are camel hump heads (never heard of camel hump heads with anything other than 2.02, 1.60 valves)they may not have accessory holes drilled in the ends. It's probably not an upgrade.
From 225 to 375 depending on the configuration. The cylinder heads used on high performance engines (and some others of the era) were the 3782461X head with 1.94/1.50-inch valves. These heads had the commonly found double-hump shape on the end of the head. Milder engines had the inverted V head. It should be noted that beginning in '64 and through '68, cylinder heads with the double-hump shape also used 2.02-inch intake valves (aka fuelie heads). Castings with 2.02-inch intake valves were also used on the 365hp (Holley carburetion) and 375hp (Rochester fuel-injection) Corvette 327 engines.

The power to enter into treaties with other countries and make executive agreements with other heads of state is known as the power of foreign diplomacy or treaty-making authority.
= not able to make heads =
No, all double headed coins (or double tailed coins) that are of a modern coin are privately made pieces. In modern mints ,it is impossible for a worker to insert 2 obverse (heads) dies, or 2 reverse (Tails) dies in the machine to strike a double heads/tailed coin the dies simply will not fit into the machine.
