Front Blower on 99 GMC suburban quit working?

If the front blower on your 1999 GMC Suburban has stopped working, the issue could be related to a blown fuse, a faulty blower motor resistor, or a malfunctioning blower motor itself. Start by checking the fuse associated with the blower motor; if it's blown, replacing it may solve the problem. If the fuse is intact, test the blower motor and resistor for functionality. If both components are operational, the issue may lie with the vehicle's climate control system or wiring.

How do you shut off air blower in my 2006 GMC Sierra that won't shut off?

Look at the passenger side under the hood. The circular tube like thing is the blower. Unplug the wire from the blower to stop the motor. This will stop the motor, however, will not solve the problem. You may have to check the motor relays.

How do you change the blower motor on a 1995 buick century?

Disconnect neg battery cable. Disconnect the engine strut mount. Rotate the engine forward to gain access to the blower motor area (Lisle tool company makes an engine rotating tool). Remove the rubber vent tube and then blower motor screws. Remove and reverse the procedure to re-install. Rick doesn't really know what he is doing. His old age has apparently caught up with him. But here is a good way to solve you problem and it doesnt require you shifting the entire engine forward. Get to the blower from the inside under the dash. Usually located under your vehicle's instrument panel, the blower motor can be removed and replaced. You'll need to disconnect the blower motor connector and remove the retaining screws holding it into place. Detach the fan retainer clip from the motor shaft that's located in the center of the blower wheel. You may need to save that piece if you are not replacing the whole motor. Inspect your new motor to ensure nothing is broken and the blades can properly spin. Re-attach the fan retainer clip, the retaining screws, and the connector so you can test your new blower motor out. Thanks but no thanks Rick. Ryan

Heater fan in Honda Prelude don't work?

If the heater fan in your Honda Prelude isn't working, it could be due to a blown fuse, a faulty blower motor, or a malfunctioning switch. First, check the fuse associated with the heating system; if it's blown, replacing it might solve the issue. If the fuse is fine, the blower motor or its resistor may need to be inspected or replaced. Additionally, ensure that the climate control settings are correctly adjusted and functioning.

93 Geo Metro you have a fan problem where the fan does not blow at full power and you do not know where to look for resitor packs or?

I have same problem. I put new blower and new resister, but did not solve the problem. The only part left to replace is the Fun control switch located on the dash. The blower resistor is locates on the blower case under the glove box. good luck.

If you have a 2003 Chevrolet impala 3.4 engine blown head gasket can you replace engine and it will solve the problem?

It will solve the problem. The 3.4 is notorious for poor head gaskets. You can replace the gaskets on the engine without replacing the engine, and that will solve the problem for quite a while. It will be much less costly than an engine replacement.

How do you get the power to the heater to come on after bleeding the coolant system on a Chrysler Pacifica 2004?

The only thing actually powered in the heating system would be the blower fan. If that's your problem, first check your fuse. If that doesn't solve it, then you'll have to check the wiring for shorts to ground, and the blow motor itself.
