My ( 1995 ) Ford Explorer four door holds ( 79.5 liters / 21 U.S. gallons ) The 1997 Ford Explorer four door should be similar I don't know what a 1995 Chevy Blazer holds
Check the window control module. Sometime the rocker switches go bad, and need replaced. If all four windows are affected, it is probably the control in the drivers door. Also, did you check to see if the lockout feature is engaged( If equipped, it will be part of the window switch cluster in the driver side door.
I looked at www. motorcraft . com ( no spaces ) and it lists four different part numbers for the four power window motors
Under the vehicle, lift the plastic door right behind the front bumper; you will need a screwdriver.
First, check that the window lock switch is not pressed. It is on the drivers door next to the four power window switches, it has a little picture of a door and window on it with an X through it. If the switch is pressed, only the driver can open and shut the windows, the switches on the other doors will not work. If the windows won't work at all, not even from the driver's door, make sure the fuse for the power windows is good. Replace it if you don't know how to check it, fuses are cheap.
The drivers door window switch is the master; all power runs thru it first. check the breaker if that is good, I would pull the switch at the drivers door and test both sides of ot; it may just be a loose connection. Power locks are a unrelated/seperate circuit.
