NO it will not.
yes the map sensor will keep the car from running.map stands for manifold air pressure and if the ecu cant get a reading it will not start and run.
You may want to check the MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) located on the fire wall. There should be two rubber lines coming from it. Located just on the passenger side of the center. the temp sensor could also be the problem. its located near the thermostat. when the sensor is bad the computer is reading the temp as negative 40 degrees. its a little cheaper than a map sensor.
Air pressure
Low oil pressure can be many reasons bad or dirty sensor at right rear of engine or your car can have a sensor in the side of the pan passenger side. a weeping head gasket allowing moisture or a water pocket to build up at the sensor water cant properly pressurize the sensor.....
I'm trying to find out what kind of tire pressure sensor would my 2004 monte carlo need?
Because the meter is connected backwards
Because the negative pressure is the major factor preventing the lungs from collapsing. If the intrapleural pressure became equal to atmospheric pressure the lungs would recoil and collapse.
For an Accurate Reading you would need a proper Humidity Sensor, howerver you can get a reading off a combined temperature, Humidity and pressure Dials on a kind of clock With needles some people have them in their porches. you can buy them they not that expensive..
That's because your major artery collapses from the pressure.
Have you replaced your air filter lately? If not, try that, reset the computer by unplugging the battery and see if it clears the code.
