Maybe,
Some cars require a High octane fuel to protect the inside of the engine from damage.
If a car is rated to run on "Regular" there is normally no advantage to Higher cost fuel
Some engines can run on Regular but as detailed in the manual will make more power and better economy on better gas. Then yes better fuel will help.
No it does not affect
I went to the gas station to get some gasoline for my truck. Without gasoline in the tank, the car wouldn't run.
no it will not as long as they are both pure gasoline.
That varies with different vehicles.
stoped people pooing on the street
Yes as long as it is at least 87 octane. But I would hope you would not use gasoline from Venezuela.
The same way a gasoline car does, albeit with a different fuel type.
The difference is that a hybrid car has an engine that can run on gasoline OR the battery. The regular car only runs on gas.
I'm conjecturing, but if you mean why an electric car rather than a ordinary gasoline powered car. Burning gasoline requires oxygen and there is none on the moon. Also, carrying gasoline in a spacecraft would be heavy and dangerous.

On a car, 40 liters.
To reduce the amount of gasoline they use.
