You cannot find a blown fuse but the aux power does not work on your 2002 trailblazer is there another fuse panel?
I just had the same problem and finally found the fix. My problem was for a 2005 trailblazer. There should be fuse box under one of the rear seats. Look in your manual. The fuse will not say accessory power outlets, but will read Auxiliary Power and should be a 20w fuse. I just fixed mine and they all now work again. Hope this helped. Forget the other guys posting.
