Have you gapped the plugs correctley .TPS ,Throttle Positioning Sensor could be bad. Could be a bad spark plug wire too. Cheapest way to find out whats going on, go to AUTOZONE they will check your Van for free and let you know what you need.

Sensor??? A misfire is usually caused by spark plugs and wires. After that you change distributor cap(if equipped) , fuel injectors, check for proper compression.
