Yes you can sign away your constitutional rights they can also be taken away from you by the order of a judge or the President himself. This also happens daily with thousands of people doing it.

I.E. I signed over my right to a speedy trial so that I could have longer to prepare.

I.E. I signed over my right to have a trial so that I may plead guilty to a crime I committed.
