There is no evidence in historic records that George ever killed another human - in war or civilian life. Of course we all know that deaths occurred based upon his direction during the Revolution, but he did not pull a physical trigger.

Nothing reports that he did, but as a young British officer during the French and Indian war he was accused of the murder of a French attaché. He was in charge of taking the attaché to a meeting, but the man was killed by the Native American guide. So, Washington was considered responsible for the death.
