The 10 and 10000 denominations. The 10 dollar bill has Alexander Hamilton on it and the 10000 dollar bill has Salmon P. Chase on it.
Printing of $10000 bills was suspended by the Treasury due to low use. The president is rarely involved in decisions about what denominations should or should not be produced.

No president was on the $10,000 bill. That denomination, discontinued in 1945, carried a portrait of Salmon P. Chase, Secretary of the Treasury during Abraham Lincoln's first term (1861-1864)
Please post a new, separate question with the bill's date. $10000 Federal Reserve Notes were printed in the 1918, 1928, and 1934 series. All are extremely rare so it's crucial to determine whether your bill is genuine. That will require an in-person examination by a currency expert.
$10,000 bills were never issued as silver certificates. All were either gold certificates (up to 1900) or Federal Reserve Notes (1918 to 1934), and all genuine ones are extremely rare. If you believe you have a genuine $10,000 bill (e.g. it doesn't have the word COPY on it, or a giveaway phrase such as "Not $10000") you should have it inspected in person by a dealer or appraiser.
10000
It's highly unlikely that your bill is genuine. All 1918 series $10,000 bills were issued as Federal Reserve Notes. They're extremely rare and generally only available to museums and high-end collectors.
yes he is and he is my great great great grandfather I also have his madalian and silver spoon
They used to, but not anymore. The notes were last printed in 1945 and the Federal Reserve began actively taking them out of circulation in 1969. Because of this, any high denomination bill (any bill over $100) is worth quite a bit more than face value to a collector.
The federal reserve notes that are currently in circulation are: $1 $2 $5 $10 $20 $50 $100 Previous denominations of federal reserve notes that are still legal tender (but do not circulate as they haven't been made since the 1940s and are now worth more than face value to collectors) $500 $1000 $5000 $10000 And a $100,000 bill was printed although it wasn't a federal reserve note (it was instead a gold certificate) and never circulated among the public (instead it was for transactions between banks)
