The brutal attack by terrorists on that day killed many Americans, for some of us the people in those towers were our friends, our family. Even if we did not know a single person who lost their lives in that attack Americans were still outraged, the Twin Towers today stand for the bravery and the will of the American people. They stand for the fact that you can knock us down, but we will get back up and we will come together for the common good of the world.
