Anamorphous question. . . OK if this is about the US, then many would say that Americans were free on the 4Th of July 1774. However, some view the nation having really coming into being after the abolition of the Articles of the Confederacy, February 21, 1787, and the adoption of and the first working day under The Constitution on March 4Th, 1789.
