I don't think any have used it. The phrase is from a poem by William Ross Wallace and was first published in 1865 under the title What Rules the World. It was used by Hollywood in 1992 in a movie.
There are currently 153 world leaders who have the title of president.
They are all male, over 35 when elected, and citizens of the United States. Presidents have lived in very different time periods, with very different understandings of country, society and the world. There have been brave presidents and cowardly presidents, intelligent presidents and not-so-intelligent presidents, warlike presidents and peaceful presidents... the list goes on. To try to choose a set of traits that encompasses all of them is an exercise in futility, and anyone who says otherwise is merely venturing a guess.

stuck on this question too. ugh
Rules are important because without them we would have chaos. Think of driving without rules. People would have accidents everywhere and more people would get killed than they do now. Rules are needed in schools because without them children would get hurt running down the halls or on the playground. Teachers wouldn't be able to teach. When you swim you need rules so you won't jump in the shallow end and kill yourself or running on deck with water could get someone hurt. There are places in the world without rules and you wouldn't want to live there because it is dangerous just to go to the store or to leave your home.

The Hand That Rocks The Cradle Is The Hand That Rules The World is a poem by William Ross Wallace that praises motherhood as the preeminent force for change in the world. The poem was first published in 1865 under the title What Rules The World.
Guru Nanak Dev said this.
bla bla bla the hand that rocks the cradle can also rule the world ... This proverbe means that is u will cut your hand & make it work it can rule the world we should move the cradle to rule the worls.....
"The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world"
No matter how much power a person has, he (or she) can still be influenced by his mother.
The full quote is "For the hand that rocks the cradle, is the hand that rules the world." It is from a poem by William Ross Wallace that celebrates Motherhood and the concept that what a person becomes in their life starts with what they learn from their mother and that ultimately, it is mothers that have the greatest influence on what we are or become.
Any thing, because when there is no president, there is no rules. So u can do anything.
This phrase means that those who influence and nurture individuals, such as mothers or caregivers, have great power and impact over the future. It emphasizes the importance of raising and educating children, as they are the future leaders of the world.
i think it is important because it lets all presidents be remembered an honored.
The cradle that rocked the world Just a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes.Hope has arrived, many still don't know, God's come to earth through an ord'nary virgin girl. Peace, love and joy come to make things right. Men walked in darkness, now there is a light from a cradle, Cradle that rocked the world. Son of God becomes Son of Man; heaven's perfect King is a perfect Lamb, fulfilling the plan that was laid before the stars were unfurled. A song fills the air ev'rything has changed; All our forevers forever rearranged by a cradle, Cradle that rocked the world. Can't believe that a King would leave a beautiful place that we can't concieve, A place where the streets are gold and the gates are pearl. But that's what He did so long ago, He came as a babe so the world would know of a cradle, Cradle that rocked the world. Son of God becomes Son of Man; heaven's perfect King is a perfect Lamb, fulfilling the plan that was laid before the stars were unfurled. A song fills the air ev'rything has changed; All our forevers forever rearranged by a cradle, Cradle that rocked the world. What a brilliant, perfect plan, Bringing love no earthly pow'r can sever. Heaven's story will never end; It's song will be sung again Forever and ever Son of God becomes Son of Man; heaven's perfect King is a perfect Lamb, fulfilling the plan that was laid before the stars were unfurled. A song fills the air ev'rything has changed; All our forevers forever rearranged by a cradle, Cradle that rocked the world. By a cradle, Cradle that rocked the world. Son of God and Son of Man, Heaven's King is a perfect Lamb Cradle, Cradle that rocked the world!
