He did not do very well and verged on failure at most of them. He was working for his father when he got back into the army. After he was president he was a partner in a brokerage firm that went broke, in part, at least, because on the partners stole from the firm. His big success was his memoirs which are still in print today.

I am planning to join the army as enlisted. With a 99 on my ASVAB, I know I have any available career to choose from. My concern is that certain military careers may not adequately provide me skills for an easy transition into civilian life. I would like to choose my specialty with this in mind, so I was hoping for suggestions. I have a science background and am primarily looking at mechanical/electrical focuses.
