As originally written and ratified, the Constitution of the United States consists of 4618 words (including signatures) arranged into seven articles. There have been 27 amendments to the original document. By convention, when the Constitution is amended, the text of the document is not deleted or altered, it simply ceases to have legal effect.
The Constitution was written between September, 1786 and September, 1787. It was adopted on September 17, 1787. The original hand written version, located at the National Archives, was written by Jacob Shallus.
Yes, the American Revolution was over before the Constitution was written. The Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4, 1776 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The US Constitution was signed by 39 of the 55 delegates to the Constitutional Convention, on September 17, 1787, at the same location, which was then known as the "Pennsylvania State House".

You didn't even phrase that as a question, it was a statement with a question mark at the end of it. Did you mean "Did all thirteen COLONIES have to approve the Constitution?" The answer is no, and some did not in time anyway.
