What are some of George Washington's Disappointment?

I believe one of his greatest disappointments are the rise of political parties, which he so greatly disadvised. One of his personal disappointements I believe would be his lack of having any biological children.

One of his biggest downfalls was that he was the only founding father who succeeded in emancipating his slavesHe owned about 300 slaves which was frowned upon, most of which whom worked in his Whiskey Distillery. He also enforced the Fugitive Slave Act of 1793 and this act established the legal system in which a slaveholder could recover his property.
