Very few prime ministers or presidents have direct e-mail access. You may want to go to Prime Minister Netanyahu's official government web page and see if there is contact information, but do not be surprised if there is not. Also, while many politicians do have e-mail addresses today, there is no guarantee that if you send an e-mail, you will receive a personal reply; given the large numbers of e-mails most political figures receive, they tend to just send out a form letter thanking you for getting in touch. You are actually better off to send an old-fashioned (snail-mail) letter; many political figures do have staff whose job it is to read and sometimes respond to personally-written mail.
