t You FALSE STATEMENT (provided in the form of a spurious "question") is historically inaccurate! MANY, MANY, MANY of the African-Americans BOTH enlisted and fought in every American war -- from the American Revolution (often with the promise of 'freedom' in return) to the Gulf Wars in the Middle East. In fact, the first soldier to die in the American Revolution was an African-American (AA) named Crispus Attucks and U.S. museums are loaded with memorials of AAs who fought valiantly in EVERY war fought either in or by the United States.
American women were citizens but could not vote in every state.
Nothing. From the start of Bill Clinton's presidency, conservatives and specifically Republicans have tried to tie the Clintons to scandals, but apart from Bill Clinton's personal sexual indiscretions they couldn't make any accusation stick. Hillary Clinton as a person has always been considered a fine First Lady, a good Senator and an able Foreign Secretary under President Obama. Republicans also have on several occasions - the last one a few months ago - tried to blame her for the death in a riot of the US ambassador and some of his Embassy personnel in Libya, but Senate inquiries as well as several independent inquiries have absolved her from any personal blame. Today the very general accusations are that she is in some way connected to "Big Money" (although no-one seems to mind that Donald Trump is a billionaire) and that she is a "Washington insider" which in the eyes of some is bad in itself. But no-one ever has linked Hilary Clinton to any shady 'insider deals" in Washington. Some say simply that she is 'part of the old system' but that of course is also true for every single member of Congress, including the ones who went in on behalf of the Tea Party promising to 'fight the system' without ever delivering on that promise.
The promissory note, often associated with Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous "I Have a Dream" speech, symbolized the promise of equality and justice for all Americans, particularly for African Americans facing systemic discrimination. It emphasized the belief that every citizen should have access to the same rights, opportunities, and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution. In the 1960s, this promise underscored the civil rights movement's efforts to address racial injustices and fulfill the nation's foundational ideals of liberty and equality.
Any who is no longer alive at the time the coin is scheduled for striking. At this point that encompasses every president except Carter, Clinton, Bush I and Bush 2. Remember, the coins are only "golden", not real gold.

This was in a 1928 Republican National Committee advertisement supporting Herbert Hoover. They were not saying Hoover would provide the chicken, but that he would continue the policies of the previous Republican administration which had lead the nation back to prosperity and "put a chicken in every pot, and a car in every backyard, to boot."
