The German Luftwaffe fielded a wide variety of aircraft by various maufactuers in WWII in every category. Some of them include the fighters, Me 109, 210, 262, and Komet by Messerschmitt, the Fw 152 and 190 by Focke-Wulf and Heinkel's He 51. The close air support category includes the famous Junkers 87 Stuka dive bomber and the Henschel Hs 123 and 129. Bombers included the Dornier 217, the Heinkel HE 111 and 177, and the Junkers Ju 88. The Fieseler Storch was very similar to the US Piper Cubs and both were used as artillery spotters. Messerschmitt created the world's largest transport called the Gigant until Howard Hughes took the Spruce Goose into the air but the Junkers Ju 252 was the backbone of the transport services. The Focke-Wulf Condor was used as an Anti Submarine Warfare and long range patrol aircraft to seek out the convoys and coordinate attacks by the U-Boats. This is a long list but it includes less than one half of the aircraft models in use by the Germans.

EDIT: ME 262 being the first jet fighter at the end of the war.

Name of president's Jet?

The plane used to transport the President is always called Air Force One, irrespective of which particular plane he's in. It is generally a Boeing 747-200 modified with special equipment such in-flight refueling. To be more technical, it is Air Force One if he is on an Air Force Plane, Marine One when he is on the helicopter, or Navy One if he is on a Navy plane. The "one" gives the aircraft priority in aviation hierarchy (the smaller the number, the higher the priority).

What is the president's airplane called?

The plane that carries the President of the United States of America is always called Air Force One. ANY plane he transfers to adopts the name while the President is on board, while all other planes he had been on revert to their standard 'name' (such as a '747').
