It is difficult to state precisely what the United States would be like today if the Anti-Federalists rather than the Federalists had dominated American politics in the 1780s and 1790s. Some possible answers, however, are as follows: First, it might not exist at all. Second, it might exist in a fragmented way, with different regions of the country existing as separation nations. Third, it might look very much like the European Union today, with a recognizable federalist administration yet even more recognizable and distinct member-state cultures and capitals, etc. What is quite likely in any case is that 'Washington, D.C.' would not be as important to most Americans as the capitals of their individual states.

What would be like if Germany had won World War 2?

The United States would have been under German control(obviously) for some time. Remember, during WWII the United States was in a Great Depression at this time, and there was much poverty, homelessness, illness, etc. You would think that there would be a treaty signed to help out both Germany and the United States. Germany would most likely have the United States help pay WWI reparations that they still owed. In return, Germany would not give up control of the United States, they would simply aid the United States, and eventually, when the United States were strong enough, they'd fight for their freedom and hopefully win.
