The legislative branch of the government has the most power. The members of it are elected by the people and they make laws that govern the nation.
The legislative Branch can check the Judicial branch in that Congress can approve the Judicial appointments, they can also impeach judges and remove them from office.
In my opinion, the Legislative branch has by far the most power. The Executive branch can do very little without the consent from Congress. Congress can even override a President's choice to make a bill a law or not. The Judicial branch does have power, as they can take any law and decide it is unconsitutional.

The Executive Branch can veto bills. It can be argued that Congress has most of the power in government, but it is also compromised of the most people with the most direct contact with the people, therefore the power is still very dispersed.
