Yes,I do agree on the statement because politics is all about the way of developing the country which the politicians do not do.
There has always been a belief that immigrants could become citizens. The country started as a nation of immigrants and immigrants built the railroads, industry’s, towns, arts, and were involved in the political system.
A country needs a constitution as a basis for legislation because without one, politicians can take a country completely away from its initial objectives into the product of the greed of a few corrupted individuals.

The Country of Cuba was a rich affluent country after WW II, but there was a large gap between the educated and un-educated which caused a large gap in the income levels of the country. The un-educated where easily lead by the communist movement promising better pay and housing. By 1952 there was upheaval and in 1959 the government was taken over by the communist dictator Fidel Castro. The Country was still rich with produce, and education was free to all Cuban's (as it is in the United States) but the people had less. So yes Cuba is a rich country put the people are very poor and oppressed. I hope this helps

I think you mean "education" not "edcation" and England is a country. Countries do not get educated it is the people of the country that get educated - the "English". There I have just educated you and I am English.
Many Mexican immigrants moved to the West and worked on ranches and farms. However, not all Mexican immigrants did this. Different people settled in different parts of the country depending on where their community or family was. Many Mexican immigrants can also find work in construction and carpentry. On that basis many can find work in the Northeast USA, and other locations.
