∙ 12y agoThe legislative branch doesn't actually have a head. Unless you want to consider the Speaker of the House and the Senate majority leader as a head.
Remember, the legislative branch is divided into the house and senate. In fact the only branch that actually has a head is the Executive branch. The judicial branch is a little odd but there is no actually head. There are nine supreme court judges, however.
