As of my last update in October 2023, the judges for the Terrell County Superior Court include Judge J. David L. Smith and Judge Kenneth W. P. Johnson. Superior court judges rotate for several reasons. Rotating helps to give the judges a broader outlook on judicial matters. It also makes for an impartial and independent judiciary.
