Yes. At least President Barack Obama has, although he was only the Democratic Presidential Candidate at the time.By attend, do you mean visited or has been to the Colorado School of Mines? Because he certainly didn't "attend" as in having been enrolled as a student at the school.
You mean the democratic party. There is no specific leader and it would be hard to determine who is. The best way to find out would be to have all the democrats vote but I doubt that it is going to happen. Because of that, I would like to mention the possibility of having the democratic canidates be democratic leaders. I suppose you could not chose just one but there are definitely many.
The twelfth amendment to the US Constitution was intended to prevent having a President and Vice President voted in who were at odds with each other. Formerly, the Vice President was the presidential candidate with the second most votes. The amendment made it so that the Vice President was voted for separately and required a majority of the votes.
They are not part of the president's cabinet. Furthermore, they are usually chosen to balance the ticket- attract votes from an area where the presidential candidate is weak, rather than having any expertise that would make the president want his opinion on high level decisions.
1. If you agree on the majority of the issues, and you can't disagree on major issues like the Iraq war, abortion, and illegal immigration. However, if you don't agree on marijuana laws, it doesn't have an effect. 2. Decide if you particularly like or dislike this candidate's personality and behavior. For example, if you did not like a certain candidate because of something inappropriate to their spouse or child or the paparazzi or someone else. If you liked someone's personality, like what they overcame or did in their personal life that was kindly or amazing, you might like this person. 3. If you like the party they are in. Personally, I am open to both the Democratic and Republican sides. If you would never consider voting for a Republican, you should probably not look into a Republican candidate or vice-versa. 4. If you like their spouse, cause after all, they will be in the White House with them and may help the president decide for example on a bill he or she is having trouble signing or vetoing. 5. If you, at the time of the election, like their vice-president and cabinet. This is pretty much all you have to look into when considering a candidate.
Abraham Lincoln ran for president with Andrew Johnson as the Vice Presidential candidate. This would be Lincoln's second term as president, having chosen a new vice-presidential candidate.
Well, we're not actually having the election yet. That comes in November. Right now the Democrats are going through the process of choosing a presidential candidate by means of state primaries and caucuses. That's how the convention delegates get committed to a candidate for the first ballot. The Democratic party convention will decide on the Democratic candidate and his or her running mate. That's who will face McCain, the Republican candidate, on the November ballot.

It means it's a president who is democratic and favors having the state control the day to day activities of the people.

No, case in point Abraham Lincoln. However, having money helps a candidate launch and fund campaigns.
In 2008, having fought against Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination, Barack Obama's opponent was Republican presidential candidate John McCain, whom he defeated to become president. In 2012, Mr. Obama had to fight against Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney; once again, he was victorious, winning a second term as president.
The republican party is holding its primaries currently. As the current president is a democrat, he is automatically that party's candidate.
The Media did not justify the Scandal of Gary Hart, a married Presidential candidate who was having an affair with his mistress. It was the press who outed Mr. Hart and his mistress. It was all over the news and many called for him to step down as the democratic candidate and he did.
