Actually no, they do not. Generally tree frogs live in extremely hot conditions, where it is humid and the temperatures are high. The air is normally full of moisture too. All year around, the rainforests they live in stay at high temperatures so they do not hibernate as it never gets cold enough, and they have adapted to survive in such warm environments. Any place colder would kill them, as they wouldn't know how to hibernate and survive.
They hibernate from fall until spring. Usually burying themselves in mud or under rocks.
Just put mud in their cage/aquariam or what evere your using as the home and keep them at, atleast 50F., They will hatch and hibernate
Bullfrogs typically hibernate during the winter months by burying themselves in mud or underwater to conserve energy and stay warm. They do not migrate in the traditional sense, but they may move to different areas within their habitat in search of food or suitable breeding grounds.
Bullfrogs spend most of their life in the water. This is where they hibernate, breed, and hunt. During the winter months they are in hibernation. Bullfrogs can change color to fit their environment.
