no there are simply no teeth wat so ever at the bottom of the mouth of the frog. There iz teeth on the top of the frogs mouth but it is completely useless since they use there eye balls to swallow their food.:)
Maxillary teeth.
In most species of frogs there are not teeth on the lower jaw. They have only teeth on their top maxilla. However, there is one species that does have them on their lower jaw but it is a rare species, Amphingnathodon. This species has teeth on the lower jaw.
Yes frogs have a jaw. There is a jaw bone much like humans only much smaller, and thinner.
In frogs, the points of attachment to the lower jaw differ significantly from those in mammals. Frogs possess a flexible, elongated lower jaw that connects to the skull via a hinge joint, allowing for a wider gape to capture prey. Additionally, the lower jaw is not directly fused to the skull but is supported by the hyoid apparatus, which aids in swallowing. This anatomical adaptation enables frogs to effectively catch and consume insects and other small prey.
Human teeth are use for chewing and grabbing. Frogs have teeth on the top of their jaw. Frog teeth are use mainly to hold the prey.
It all depends on the type of frog you have. I know that my baby pac man frog, xena, has teeth. I also owned three frogs before her. So , i'm going to say no. And again, it all depends on the type of frog. Hope this helped! :)
Frogs use their teeth to help hold prey in place as they swallow it. They have cone shaped Maxillary teeth in their upper jaw and some species have Volmerine teeth on the roof of their mouth.
